Avon Empties Video – January 2017

Hi friends!

Now that December and 2016 is over – I wanted to share with you what I have been using and what I like and dislike about a few products.

First, Anew Clean – Refining daily scrub. I use this wash my face when I’m in the shower. It is good for all skin types and gently exfoliates and refines your skin to improve the look and texture. I really enjoy the little exfoliating granules. It’s not harsh, it doesn’t cause my skin to be red and irritated… it’s actually quite gentle which is good for every day use. The scent is pleasant, not overpowering. This usually sells for $12 but you can get it on special… right now 2 cleansers for $12. I used the whole bottle and realized that every time I used it, my eyes would kind of sting. I tried to keep the cleanser away from my eyes and not use as much product… but I wasn’t able to fully get rid of the burning in my eyes. It wasn’t awful.. just bother some. I did buy a 2nd bottle of this and use it on occasion. But I havent been using it as my daily cleanser. Overall, I really like this product.. if it didn’t bother my eyes!

Second item that I’ve used up is Avon’s Anew Clinical advanced retexturizing peels. These have 10% glycolic acid in them and are one of my FAVORITE skin care products. These texturizing pads can be used every other day, morning or night, after you wash your face. These give a chemical exfoliation and can give a slight tingling sensation when you use them. To me, the tingling isn’t intense or doesn’t hurt but it definitely feels like something is working! There are 30 pads in here and it’s an At-home chemical peel. I know that sounds so scary but I promise you, it’s not! These pads give you a fresher, smoother, more radiant look. They minimize the appearance of sun spots, fine lines and post acne marks. I’ve already repurchased these because I love them so much! They are always a part of my skin care routine. You won’t be disappointed in the results from these! They usually sell for $22 but can be purchased on special for as low as $16.99. Oh and they’re fragrance free!

Third empty is Avon elements 2 in 1 brightening eye roller. This has a little battery powered eye roller that dispenses product on your eyes to brighten your eyes. When you turn it on, it vibrates a little and then you roll the product under and around the outside of your eyes. I thought that it was fun and something different. I didn’t feel like it dispensed enough eye cream even when I stored it upside down. I thought the scent was nice and it felt good on my eyes. But, I didn’t even finish or empty the product. It just wasn’t what I was looking for in a brightening eye cream. AND this product actually has been discontinued by Avon. So, there’s that!

Fourth products is Avon’s Anew AHA Refining Cream. This is GREAT stuff! This makes your fine lines and wrinkles less apparent, makes your skin feel so soft. And is definitely a treat to put on! I LOVE this stuff!

Last item, is Avon footworks exfoliating scrub. This scent is the toasted macadamia nut. This has macadamia nut oil and nut shell powder that gently buffs away dead skin and leaves your feet so soft and smooth. This sells for $6. You can also purchase the foot soak and foot cream. This scent is so indulgent and smells so good! I’m a huge fan of all of Avon’s foot work products and this is a special treat and I most definitely will be getting it again.
