AVON WEEKLY CHECK LIST FOR AVON SALES REPS -(Basic Schedule)

**PLEASE TRANSFER YOUR DAILY ACTIVITIES TO YOUR PERSONAL MONTHLY CALENDAR

 -Planning Day transfer the below weekly checklist to your calendar. Find

local events.

-Check Emails and voice  messages daily and follow up if needed

-Must Prospect for new customers daily. Use the power of 3 or 5 daily on

your daily routine. (Get  phone#, email to follow up) Note: Prospecting is

a must to grow your business)

-Take Avon Online Training Courses (1-2 per Week) Re-take every year

-Spend 45 min. per week just touring youravon.com. Click and Read. (Goal:

self-develop yourself. Avon has excellent tools on online. Use them. Learn more

and Earn more$$)

-Follow Up Day: Call Current Customers and prospects for New Orders. Know

and offer customer Avon’s get it or regret it deals.  Ask for

Referrals

-Place Your Order Day -(Don’t forget to…Campaign Plan by using your Demo

What’s New, order business material, more brochures to reach new customers. Need

50-100 additional brochures. .  Further, use your web office online to

email current brochures to all customers online. Use your facebook page, social

media and text to remind customers to place orders and promote Hot Items)

-Sort order Day

-Delivery Day

-Mark your -Avon Meetings, Avon Conference Calls and recorded Play backs

-Use 1-2 Power Hour per week to prospect for new customers or set up an

Event Table to promote your Avon Business Every Campaign or Monthly. (Contact

your Upline Leader or district manager for more info. on setting up Event Tables

and prospecting for new customers tips)

-Distribute New Brochures Each Campaign . To All Current Customers and

50-100 additional brochures to prospects. Consider using www.campaign-mailer.com to mail your

brochures to current customers for as little as .95 cent – $1.39 per brochure. –

Consider Tossing 50-100 Brochures every campaign.

-Set Personal Earnings/Sales Goal Each Campaign. Write it down.

Example: Order size $440. get 40% earnings, $925. Get  45% earnings, $1575.

get 50% earnings.  or sell at your President Club desired level each

campaign.

TIP: To Really increase your earnings faster.  You can do more of

what is listed above.  Example: Double or triple  the prospecting for

customers, brochures, event tables, etc.   Successful representatives

do the same thing listed but do more of it!!  Work Your Business

consistently and you will see the

results!!
