So, let’s talk about the 3 ways you’ll be earning with Avon as you start your Avon biz.
1. You’ll earn 25% for everything you sell.
2. You’ll earn Stepping Stone bonus of $20 for every $200 in sales each campaign.
3. You’ll earn 10% bonus for every $1,000 in cumulative sales.
A little more info…
The first bonus is called the Stepping Stone Bonus. You are rewarded for every $200 campaign order with a $20 bonus IN ADDITION to your sales commission earnings, which is 25%. (For more info about Avon earnings chart – click here)
For example, when you sell $600 in 1 campaign (2 week period), you’ll get a $60 bonus AND your sales commission earnings (about $150 for $600 in sales).
The second BONUS for new Avon representatives is the Milestone bonus. You will receive a 10% bonus for every $1,000 in cumulative sales during your first 8 campaigns. For example, when you sell $1,000 (cumulative in several campaigns), you’ll earn $100. Another example, when you sell $4,000 in your first 8 campaigns, you’ll receive a $400 bonus.
This is IN ADDITION to the $100 (for reaching $1,000), $200 (for reaching $2,000) and $300 (for reaching $3,000).
PLUS, the first stepping stone bonuses!
AND your sales commission earnings!

I like numbers and really like to know what I’m working towards, so let’s break this down even more.
Let’s say you want to earn $3,000 in your first 8 campaigns (4 months).
You sell $650 each campaign, you’ll earn $160 each campaign. Do that for 8 campaigns and you’ll earn $1300 in Avon earnings commission chart. This is JUST the base of earnings. ($5,200 in total sales with 25% earnings)
For every campaign of $650 in sales, you’ll earn $60 in Stepping Stone bonuses. For 8 campaigns, you’ll earn $480 Stepping Stone bonus
When you sell $650 each campaign for 8 campaigns, you’ll sell a total of $5,200
For every $1,000 you’ll sell, you earn 10% back.
$100 milestone bonus when you reach a total of $1,000 in sales
$200 milestone bonus when you reach a total of $2,000 in sales
$300 milestone bonus when you reach a total of $3,000 in sales
$400 milestone bonus when you reach a total of $4,000 in sales
$500 milestone bonus when you reach a total of $5,000 in sales
Let’s add those ALL together.
$1300 in sales earnings commission
$480 in stepping stone bonuses
$1,500 in milestone bonuses
= $3,280 in 4 months!
