Earn $500 in Your First 30 Days as an Avon Rep

Hey friends! Jessica here! Today I wanted to share with you how YOU as a new Rep with Avon can earn $500 in your first 30 days!

This is SO exciting! Avon just announced a new incentive for New Reps called Pathway to Premier. You will qualify for 2 different cash bonuses AND earn a commission based on your sales. *All new Representatives earned an average of $112 over their first 8 campaigns, but those who participated in Pathway to Premier earned an average of $390 over their first 8 campaigns, based on those who started in Campaign 5 through 19, 2020 (exclusive of signup and shipping costs).

Our team (Grit & Grace) has had SEVERAL new team members who have achieved these bonuses and I’ll share in just a bit what they did to achieve them.

As a new rep with Avon, you will immediately earn 25% on all our beauty items and 20% on clothes and home products like candles. So, that is the first way you’re going to earn.

Then, the first bonus you will earn is called a Stepping Stone bonus. For every $200 in sales each campaign, you’ll earn a $20 bonus. So, if you have a $600 order, you’ll earn $60 in this stepping stone bonus AND about $150 in sales commissions.

The second bonus is called Milestone bonus and you are rewarded with a 10% bonus for ever $1,000 in cumulative sales. So, when you sell a total of $1,000, you will earn $100 bonus.

So, you earn on your regular sales commissions, a stepping stone bonus AND a milestone bonus.

So, how do you earn $500 in your first 30 days?

That is 2 campaigns, so 2 orders.

First order is $600 = $150 in sales commission earnings

$60 stepping stone bonus

2nd order:

$600 = $150 in sales commission earnings

$60 stepping stone bonus

Milestone bonus of $100.

That is $520 in your first 30 days.

But That’s Not All

What is great about this incentive is that it doesn’t stop there. These bonuses continue for your first 8 campaigns! AND up to $5,000 in sales – which means $200 bonus for selling a total of $2,000, a $300 for selling $3000, $400 bonus for $4,000 AND $500 bonus for selling $5000! When you add it all up, you can earn $3,250 in your first 4 month just in bonuses alone!

How do I get the $600 in sales each campaign?

I’m so glad you asked!

First, make sure to watch my other video “My Top Tips for New Avon Reps”. There is some great info on that video that will be able to help you out.

Create a FB Group page and invite everyone to join and share all of the excitement of starting your Avon business. When people join your page, send them a quick message that says “Thanks for joining my Avon page! And ask ‘When is the last time you’ve seen an Avon brochure?” just to get conversation going. I am not into sending spammy messages or being salesy. But just start having conversations 1 on 1.

Ask friends and family to share your new FB page or your online store link. You’ll be surprised at how many people love Avon and don’t have a current rep.

Do a family first order. We have wonderful home products like laundry detergent, toothpaste, shampoo, kitchen cleaner. Walk through your house and find what you’re running low on or that you’ve run out of and buy it from your own Avon store instead of buying from a regular grocery store. Ask close friends and family to do the same.

Tips from a few new reps on our team that have been successful:

Deborah -I would tell her to sit down and do a brain dump. Set a timer for 15 minutes and just write down names, no judgement w the names. Just everyone she knows. Then look at that who do you know, look at Categories of family n friends and do another 15 minutesThen come up w a message in notes.Then start sending adding something personal to it.And GO……. Personalize it! “Hello! Hope you and your family are staying healthy. I am super excited to share with you that I have decided to take on a new adventure and become an Avon rep 🙂 I will be sending out invites for my new FB page. I have used Avon for years and always trusted and love their products. If you don’t see an invite over the next 48 hours and want one, please let me know. If you’re nearby, I can drop off a catalog, social distancing of course. Porch drop off. If not, my online store is:”

Share with everyone! Simply ask “Would you like an Avon book?” If you do this online or even texting, not everyone will respond and that’s ok! It can take a few contacts with a person before they buy. For every 10 books you share (online or actual brochures), you’ll likely get about 3 orders. Bring books with you to work or ask your family members to bring books to their work with them and share with people that you see.

Anjie -Do a little of everything! 1. leaving brochures AND following up. 2. Networking (online and in the community) 3. Getting the word out about your business. 4. Offering incentives (prize drawings, free samples, etc.)- played games on her page and they’re fun, interactive, get people talking. Things like “Guess how many lip balms are in this jar” or have a “brochure hunt” where people have to search through the book to find a few products you’re describing.

Trisha – My most powerful “sales tool” is sharing my honest thoughts about the products.The vast majority of what I have to say (99%) is glowing and positive — but I don’t hide the “ugly.” 
When people know I’m willing to be honest, they realize I’m sharing with them products that I enjoy myself, not just trying to catch a sale. And when they understand that, anything I share about Avon products is met by honest inquiries and enthusiasm.

Ele does live videos consistently, same day of the week, same time showing a few of her favorite products that she has received and that has gotten orders for her.
